I am an Extension Associate for the Rural Health and Nutrition team with Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service. For the last 4 years, I have worked with adults in the community to promote healthy lifestyle changes including physical activity, nutrition, and diabetes prevention and self-management. I currently work to ensure program fidelity for our chronic disease prevention and self-management programs, Health Extension for Diabetes and Know Diabetes by Heart, statewide.
