Dr. Rossi is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences Department. She holds a doctorate in Plant and Environmental Sciences and a Master’s degree in food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences from Clemson University. Dr. Rossi is the co-investigator and project manager of a study that aimed to understand the health and mental health needs of Veterans and their spouses living in rural areas of South Carolina under the guidance of  Dr. Michelle Parisi.
They are developing a Veteran-friendly certification program that will help Cooperative Extension agents in their role as resource navigators for Veterans in their Counties.
